Speaker Support Graphics

Speaker support graphics make a tremendous difference to the perceived quality of a presentation. Using the standard PowerPoint templates, backgrounds and whooshing sounds when lines of text fly in, may be fine for internal presentations but if a presentation is to go outside, and is of any importance at all, it is worth considering what it says about your organisation.

For many of our clients we find an efficient way to work is:

All presenters initially create their own speaker support graphics (as they mostly tend to do so already), we then gather all the presentations, design and apply a consistent theme, produce commercial quality diagrams and graphics, source or shoot original photography - and create a single coherent presentation.

All the component parts can then be re-used as required, in brochures, on web-sites or for other presentations.

Above all remember the order of the words - speaker support - the graphics are there to support the speaker. If the content of the presentation is no good then having super graphics will not hide this. If you have slide after slide full of words which you read to the audience they will think you are a dick. With interesting and relevant content, quality speaker support material will enhance this and make it easier to commit your salient points to memory.
